Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
• Before Pickup: Free cancellation up to 60 minutes/hours before the scheduled pickup.
• After Pickup: No refund will be provided once the ride starts.
• After Pickup: No refund will be provided once the ride starts.
2. Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed within 2 business days.
• Refunds are only applicable for valid cancellations and service failures.

3. No-Show Policy
• If the customer is not present at the pickup location within 5 minutes, the ride is canceled, and a cancellation fee applies.
